................

One of my guy friends and I had to interrupt a teacher's meeting this morning to get a spare keyboard, because apparently, the other one in the gym was broken. We brought it back in, and my friend C said, "We fixed it, never mind!" and I was like, "You could have told us sooner!" and laughed, but we had to interrupt the teachers' meeting AGAIN to bring the keyboard back in. We were like, "Never mind, it got fixed," and it was really embarrassing, ha, ha.

Advice: Never interrupt a teacher's meeting. They just kind of stare at you (not the whole time you're in there, though) and then finally let you do your own thing but it's kind of awkward because you can kind of feel like you're not wanted in there. And you KNOW you're not wanted in there so it makes it even MORE awkward. Moving on...

And then RIGHT BEFORE worship started (it was right before we did the pledges) I realized that the keyboard wasn't turned on. So I was freaking out a little because well, we COULDN'T go get the other keyboard RIGHT THEN. But it turns out that the cord was just unplugged...so we plugged it back in and it was all good. Then before second period started, my English teacher was like, "Lauren, I didn't know that you could play the piano!" and I just kind of blankly looked at her like I wanted to say, "I played last year in freshman chapel...and I played once this year too..." but it's OK.

For the APush test tomorrow we pretty much get to guess on half of it. I'm not a happy camper right now. Honestly.
